YOUTH OATH

1.    We are boys and girls of indonesia admit living in the one place namely INDONESIA.
2.    We are boys and girls of indonesia nation in the one nation namely INDONESIA.

3.    We are boys and girls of indonesia use one language namely INDONESIA language.

 

                                   

   

    Text Youth Oath was first recited at the Youth Congress held in Waltervreden (Jakarta) on 27 to 28 October 1928. Text Youth Oath was read on October 28, 1928, located at road Raya Kramat 106 number is now a museum in Central Jakarta Youth Oath. Before reading the text is played the song Youth Oath "Indonesia Raya" copyrighted works of WR Soepratman with violin friction. 

       The idea of ​​organizing the Congress Youth II (the moment of reading the text oath youth) is of the Student Association of Indonesian Students (PPPI). When congress was closed again played the song "Indonesia Raya" by Wage Rudolf Supratman. Which eventually also closed with a statement announcing the results of the congress. By the youth at that time, the formula is pronounced as Faithful Oath. 

       The spirit and soul of Youth Oath have inflamed again in the souls of young people today. The future of this nation lies in the work ethic and the spirit of youth. Young people will still occupy an important position on any change in the social order. 

       Poor state of repair is concentrated on young people. It would be tragic if young people are affected and accordingly trace the deteriorating state of the nation. It's certainly not our desire. Young people are the hope of all citizens, together with expectations in the past, when the Youth Oath echoed. 

       Vibrancy and spirit of youth is also charged in the present, but in another form, with the aim of improving the condition of the nation's economy and welfare of the people.
